Skyla McCord is Counsel in our New York office. Skyla is a member of the firm’s markets and trading practice group; her primary focus is on advising clients regarding derivatives, financing and trading documentation in both domestic and international jurisdictions, including ISDA Master Agreements, triparty control agreements, repurchase agreements, prime brokerage documentation, research agreements, electronic trading agreements, futures and OTC clearing agreements, and associated compliance agreements. Prior to joining our firm in May 2013, Skyla worked with Bank of America, negotiating a variety of derivatives trading agreements with the bank’s hedge fund customers. Skyla received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Montana in 2000. In 2007, she earned her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, she was an editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, and an Alexander Fellow.
