Kianna Sarvestani

Kianna Sarvestani is an associate in our New York office. Kianna focuses her practice on advising private fund clients on their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including related regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm in September 2024, Kianna graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D. with honors from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in Law School, Kianna served as an Associate Editor on the Arizona State University Corporate and Business Journal, and as a Student Bar Association class representative.
