Katherine Cruz is an associate in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Katherine focuses her practice on advising private fund clients on their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including related regulatory and compliance matters.
Katherine joined the firm in September 2024 after graduating with honors from Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Katherine completed the transactional law certificate program. And, she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and the International Criminal Court Moot. Katherine graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2021 with a B.A. in political science and philosophy.
