Harrison Hall is a partner in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Harrison’s practice focuses on representing investment managers to private equity funds, private credit funds and venture and growth capital funds across a broad range of their legal needs, including fund formation, upper-tier structuring, seed investments and credit facilities. Harrison has established a robust practice negotiating private placement agreements, for both fund managers and placement agents. Harrison also has an active M&A practice for his private equity fund clients, handling the buying and selling of portfolio companies on their behalf, often in cross-border contexts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Harrison clerked for the Hon. Ralph A. Walker and the Hon. Eric L. Levinson on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Harrison earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his A.B. from Davidson College.
