Crystal Taylor is a partner in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Crystal’s practice focuses on representing investment managers to private equity funds, and she also represents venture and growth capital funds, private credit funds, fund of funds and hedge funds. In particular, Crystal assists clients with fund formation and organization, documentation and negotiation related to the fundraising process, regulatory filings, negotiations and structuring of investments (including co-investments and fund of fund investments) and upper-tier structuring. She also assists clients with day-to-day matters, including confidentiality agreements, general corporate governance, regulatory compliance and side letter compliance. Crystal also assists clients with M&A transactions.

Crystal joined the firm in September 2006 after graduating magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to that, Crystal graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in mathematics.
