Christina Fonda is an associate in our Greensboro, North Carolina office. Christina focuses her practice on advising private fund clients on their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including related regulatory and compliance matters. She also assists private equity fund clients with cross-border M&A transactions.
Christina joined the firm in August 2020 after graduating cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law. At Wake Forest, Christina was a student clinician at the school’s Community Law and Business Clinic. Additionally, she served as an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Christina graduated from Davidson College in 2015 with an A.B. in Latin American Studies.
