Andrew D. West

Andrew West is an associate in our New York office.  Andrew specializes in advising private fund clients on their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including related regulatory and compliance matters.  Prior to joining the firm in February 2022, Andrew received a B.A. in Political Science from Marist College in 2018 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2021.  While in law school, Andrew served as a Staff Editor on the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy.
