Meredith L. Jewitt

Meredith L. Jewitt is a partner in our New York office. Meredith specializes in advising private fund clients on their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including related regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm in May 2017, Meredith was an associate in the investment management practice at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Meredith received a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2012 and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Meredith served as a Senior Staff Editor on the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy as well as the Case Management Director of the Duke Law Innocence Project.
